Led by Waikīkī’s celebrated Chef Hiroshi Kimura, the company invited pastry artisan Bradford Hull —renowned for his work in Europe’s luxury hotel patisseries—to join its founding. Our concept is simple: harness the finest local Hawaiian ingredients and apply meticulous artisan techniques to create sweets of the highest quality.

Today, under Chef Hull’s direction, we handcraft each chocolate, nut treat, cookie, and okoshi from carefully selected, superior ingredients. Our lineup—featuring the rich flavor of Hawaiian macadamias woven together with European and Japanese sensibilities—is designed to delight even the most discerning palates.

His European tenure—working in Paris, Brussels, Stockholm, and the Virgin Islands—broadened his skills and refined his palate.

Under the direction of Chef Hiroshi Kimura, he was tasked with creating confections that marry Japanese taste preferences with the finest local Hawaiian ingredients. Chef Hull insists on premium components—only European couverture chocolate, the richest macadamia nuts, and caramel for his signature okoshi. He evaluates each creation not just for flavor, but for texture, appearance, and aroma, ensuring every bite reflects true artisan quality.

Today, his small-batch chocolates, nut brittles, cookies, and okoshi stand as hallmarks of craftsmanship and the Aloha Spirit.
